Event Overview

This Mid Autumn Festival, Sep 26, Yóu [遊] comes to life at Mushroom, presented by RaveDAO and Mushroom.

Inspired by the Chinese concept of 遊, which embraces wandering, exploration, and free movement, Yóu reimagines the traditional Mid Autumn gathering through a contemporary electronic lens. Set in the heart of Central, it is an immersive cultural journey inspired by Yunnan, where sound, flavour, ritual, and people come together.
The music programme blends electronic music with Chinese folk and ethnic sounds. It features a special hybrid live set by 鐵漢 TIEHAN, an iconic pioneer who fuses Chinese ethnic elements with Amapiano and House.
CRAVE B2B DODEC, the Beijing based pairing, delivers a grand and modern live set that merges original music and traditional Chinese instruments with the intensity of techno, UK bass, and jungle. Their set includes the 三弦, a three stringed lute, 中国大鼓, the Chinese giant drum, and 手碟/handpan.

The night also features a high energy set from Hong Kong’s rising star, Nat Dunn.

Beyond the dancefloor, guests can enjoy Yunnan inspired flavours, Yunnan authentic wine, Mid Autumn bites, and floral, folk inspired visual elements.

Yóu is a night where heritage meets the contemporary, a space to gather, share, move, and wander freely.
